It´s probably just an ownership issue. Please open a ticket and ask the techs to change the ownership of the files and folder in question. To overwrite things on the server like you want, the files and folder needs to owned by you and not by the server as it seems to be in this case.

I would reopen the ticket and ask the helpdesk if they somehow can make it permanent or have any ideas how to fix it since from what I understand when reading about it is a server issue.

I´ve got it installed but not running it very often since I´ve got other programs doing same thing and running those more often. I more or less just run it to see if the other programs have missed something and it has found things once or twice.
