Hello there, I have very limited experience with html. I had a site on another hoster that I'd created with a sitebuilder, it stank but it worked. I don't have too much time right now for this. I used fantastico to install Templates Express, and it produced an almost perfectly useless website. When I went in to edit it, it was profoundly unintuitive. I didn't see any advantaget to the "CSS", since I didn't see how things iterated through the various pages. More to the point, I couldn't find any substantive support on Templates Express -- I looked all over the web, I must have looked right past it. It's different than Soholaunch Pro, but put out by the same people? I can't find any mention of it on their website. Very strange... I was hoping to do as little gory editing as possible, but it looks like with this I've got to ftp the files I need (after figuring out which ones they are) and then edit them in a text editor. I know that doesn't sound like much, but this isn't what I do these days, so it takes a lot of time to do simple stuff. I'm sorta inclined to get a wysiwig web page editor and just create a site and upload it. Any other thoughts, or links to support? Thanks! Keith

The most important thing I do with my few domains is email. I am hoping to change to TCH since my last hoster drove me crazy, so I've bought a month of hosting to try things out. All I need to do is establish a few mailboxes, and pop from them. Pretty simple. I have created the boxes. I can access them with webmail. I can send mail to them. Woo hoo! But I can't pop from them. I CAN pop from my "Main Account" mailbox, but that doesn't get to my submailboxes. In an ideal world, I would like to pop from them individually, but I guess if I could dump them all into my main box and it actually worked, I'll just grumble for another year or two before I find an actually working solution. This hardly seems like brain surgery, but I have to admit I only barely know enough to ask meaningful questions... Sorry about my confusion. Anyway, I've tried setting and resetting my individual mailbox passwords. I've tried entering by main account password when I try to pop my submailboxes. Nothing gives, it apparently just doesn't accept the password: it fails once (based on the previously entered pw) and after it asks for the password it just returns to idle, without telling me it failed a second time. I'm using Mozilla Thunderbird. Thanks for any help. Warmly, Keith
