I love my TCH account, BUT, when using Outlook Express, I have to request e-mails within about a five window before i can send e-mails. I suspect this is to prevent spamming, but would like to know if there is a way around it. When I want to send, i want to send at that moment, not have to open OE and access the SMTP side before the e-mail will go out. thanks
