Well, I've started back from scratch. Deleted all the stuff, uploaded again the .tar.gz archive, double checked the permission, dropped and re-created the database, added again the few lines requested in the mt-load.cgi script, uploaded it to the server and... It works. Smoothly and without problems or errors. Thanks for your help and advice

Argh! I've done all... Created the Mysql db from the C6 Control Panel, edited the mt.cfg with the right code (hope so...): >CGIPath http://66.11.162.xxx/~mabegan/mt/ DataSource ./db ObjectDriver DBI::mysql Database myaccount_nameofdb DBUser myaccount_nameofdbuser ...and when I run the mt_load.cgi script all I get is this error page: Loading initial data into system... Loading database schema... An error occurred while loading data: No Database Selected at mt-load.cgi line 55. Any hints?
