Hi Bruce, Thanks for the info, but I'm not sure if it will work on totalchoicehosting's servers and since i'm not a professional it's more cost effective for me to just cancel my hosting account and go with another company that can tell me what script I can use. Thanks for your time. Kathy

All I'm trying to do is install a php script so that my customers can contact me via email through my website. I tried mailit.pho but then got an error: The file /home/vovnxfxo/public_html/php/class.UFMail.php has been encoded with the ionCube PHP Encoder and requires the free ioncube_loader_lin_4.3.so ionCube PHP Loader to be installed. Abdul Hakeem told me to try the forums. He said: Sorry we do not support ioncoder. Zend is enabled on the servers however. We cannot support third party scripts from the Help Desk. The author of the program is one of our members on the forums and if you post a message there he will be able to help you get it set up. I have no idea what zend is. But if the author of the program could tell me what I need to do so that my customers can email me from my website, I would most appreciate it. Thank You, Kathy
