  1. That's not the problem at all. I'm not complaining about how often the backups are made. I'm complaining because *not everything is backed up*. Once again: in Horde, all the information other than the actual emails is NOT backep up.
  2. One way to use SpamAssassin to prevent spam from getting to your mailbox is configure it to had a tag to the topic field (somethin like [sPAM]) and then just filter the messages that contain that tag using your client. For instance, you can setup a rule in Outlook that sends all the messages that contain the tag to your trash folder. Or, in Horde, you can setup a similar filter.
  3. Hi, After the restore made on server67 yesterday I lost all information in horde other than my actual emails. In my case, this means that filters, flags that tell me if a email was replied or not and, *most importantly*, notes were lost. I was told in live support that there was no way to restore that info. I'm very unhappy with this. At the time I had no important information in my notes, but I use them frequently to keep work in progress. I could have lost very important information having nothing to do with the problem. I'd like this issue to be dealt with. In the future, I'd like to know that all information is properly backed up. Thanks, Diogo
