alright so now if I click the images folder i get the image i want...how do I make it so that that's the image you get if you type in our address?

Thank you all for your answers with my original Help! thread. Ok I registered my domain. Signed up for hosting with total choice. Figured out(sorta) how to set up some e-mail accounts- I can send and receive. On a recommendation I purchased sitespinner, and must admit it seems easy. Now I have designed a under construction page, I publish it and enter in mysite info and go there and nothing. Is there something somewhere I have to turn on? Have I provided enough information? I feel overwhelmed. We are a pediatric therapy company and need a website. I don't know the first thing about it but ya'll come recommended. Walk me through this 1. I register my domain name. Is there a right way or a wrong way to do this? 2. I sign up for one of your hosting packages. How could I possibly know which one? 3. Is creating a website difficult? Is there software involved? Is that free? Do ya'll provide the software? support? 4. We need an online store. Probably never more than 10 items for sale. Is this additional software? Is it difficult? Do ya'll provide it? support? 5. We need a bb/forum. I'm a member of 2 currently on Invision and am very pleased. I know this is extra, but how do you know which to start out with? Can you start out small and then upgrade later? Are the archives stored or do the just fall of the internet? Is there a way to have a click through add to offset the expense?
