Thanks Don for your suggestions. The counter worked fine without having to do anything else once the domain was switched over from my previous host. Thanks also to the other TCH moderators for the warm welcome!

Hi, I've just started with TCH and I am trying to get a counter set up. The HTML for the counter is <img src="/cgi-sys/Count.cgi?df=index.dat|display=Counter|ft=6|md=5|frgb=100;139;216|dd=A"> When I add this to my page, I get a large box in counter style and color which says "Could not write to counter file: /var/cpanel/Counters/index.dat" I added a cgi-sys folder, but that didn't seem to help. What else do I need to do to make the counter work? Thanks! Bob
