I've got a question about getting access to webmail.
Instead of using the CPanel to access mail, I typically just instruct my clients to www.theirDomainName.com/sqmail to access Squirrel Mail.
This works perfectly for all of my clients until today. When I set up www.piucci-dozier.com/sqmail, a blank page appears, no prompt for squirrel mail. Not sure what is different, the account is identical to the others.
Then I tried to access the mail from the CPanel. When I select Squirrel Mail (or any of the other mail choices for that matter) it logs me into the default email address for the account (accountname@theirDomainName.com) instead of prompting me to put in the specific email account login info.
I then tried to log out and relog in - but it still won't prompt me. This issue is consistent with my other accounts as well - I've just circumvented the issue by going directly to the squirrel mail url, as mentioned above, which doesn't seem to be working for some reason.
any idea?
