  1. OK. I'll do a tracert next time it happens and see what results I get. Today for example, it didn't work for about 10+ hours and all of the sudden it is working again. I am on Comcast in one city and my dad is on TimeWarner in another city and we have the problems at the same time so I'll have him tracert too. I'll post the results here when it happens again. Thanks.
  2. I'm sure this has been posted and answered before but I can't find anything in my searches that is exactly my situation. I have had an account for a long time and have had few problems. However, over the last few months POP3 email (incoming) will quit working for long periods at a time. Webmail will continue to work. After awhile, it will all of the sudden start working again. This is from multiple locations / multiple ISPs. So it seems to be on the server end since it happens from multiple locations at the same time. The error is: "Unable to connect to the server. (Account: mail.<domainname>.com', POP3 Server: mail.<domainname>.com', Error Number: 0x800ccc0e)." It seems most of the posts talk about sending mail but I use my ISP mail server for sending mail because they do block port 25. Any ideas?
