  1. Thank you for the kind welcomes, everyone! So, I've got the chmods/permissions of the folders .mysqmail, data, and tmp (placed in the recommended directory) changed to the recommended values, however, when I run the configtest given in the readme file that came inside squirrelmail (http://www.example.com/yourwebmaillocation/src/configtest.php), it came back saying it could not read/write to the Data dir or the Attachment dir, until I changed the permissions from what was recommended (770 and 730 to 776 and 732). (Is this safe to set these this way?) Now those work, but it says the "location of sendmail program incorrect (/usr/sbin/sendmail)". Was I supposed to create this? All I have done (aside from changing permissions to get the data and tmp dir's to work) is what was listed in this thread. Ugh. All this just to use html formatting in my e-mail. Thanks for any assistance! Chris.
  2. I'm new to all this, and "chmod" means absolutely nothing to me - looking at below replies, however, it seems that it might be the "permissions" in cPanel? Is this correct? If so, when I attempt to change from the default 755, it refuses... for all three items you suggest to change. Any ideas? Thanks. Chris.
