My sony Vaio came with a trial version of norton internet security 2004. How do I uninstall this? If I use add /remove programs to uninstall my new version, it will still load. If i do a system restore on my C drive It will load again. I have been on the phone with symantec for a week, trying to install my new norton IS. I believe this trail version is causing my installation problem, and i have always had a problem with this new norton IS.
