Thank you guys, I have a lot to learn and a new appriciation for the cost of IT services. What started as a good idea "do it your self web site" four months ago has been an experiance. I was finally able to get tech service to get domain1.com back to where it was 12 hours ago and pray I can go live in the morning. fwiw you guys do a great job throughout these forums. Both Domain1.com and Domain2.com were registered four months ago and redirected to TCH yesterday early morning for a newly setup hosting account. Late yesterday they had propogated and I was active with Domain1.com preparing to load the site files this morning. The cPanel would not allow me to add or park domain2.com This fine fourm provided the answer, "tech support" would be happy to to so for me. They did so very quickly and I was ready to rock and roll BUT now domain1.com is dead can't upload files FrontPage can't find domain1.com, browsers on 3 computers cannot find browser1.com. "page unavalable". But Domain2.com is available in browsers. Now tech support at my request "unparked" domain2.com Now nothing works.

I am new at this so speak sloooowly Already traded half a dozen service tickets with support and we are having a failure to communicate. Opened account yesterday late last evening domain name propagated just fine access to site through domain name was fine. Domain.com/cpanel worked and all looked good. This morning I asked and tech service, and they did in fact park an additional donmain name for me (domain2.com), and domain2.com loads fine in my browser. This morning while trying to upload site files FrontPage was now unable to have reach domain1.com. Further if domain1.com is now entered directly into the browser site IE reports "The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings." I can no longer reach http://www.domain1.com/cpanel (worked fine 6 hours ago) must use http://xx.x.xx.xx/cpanel The issue is not with FP extensions I have already reinstalled them. Before tech so kindly parked the domain name domain2.com I had access to domain1.com, it loaded in the browser files visible, I also had a file on the server “domain1.com”. After parking domain2.com my primary domain1.com will not load in a browser and there is no longer a file on the server “domain1.com” it is replaced with file “domain2.com”. I am ignorant and although tempted to start changing filenames through cPanel really don’t want to screw it up. Help Mark
