Umm... paypal attempted to take the money out of my bank account before the money was there, and I was charged a 35 dollar service charge. Was this done by TCH or paypal?

I didn't even see an option on paying directly with paypal. it just said e-check

in the email I recieved, it said that Instant payment paypal orders are setup within 6-12 hours, was there an option for an instant paypal order? This is a very confusing process for me, as you probably all can tell

Okay, so will it wait until the money is there? I transfered all the money I needed into my paypal account, so I now have to transfer it all back BTW, thanks for all the help

Another question. I just paid with paypal. Does using ECheck mean that the money comes from my bank account, or is it paid with the money i already have in my paypal?

I'm attempting to register a domain and hosting with TCH, but when I say pay with paypal, it asks me to add a credit card to my account. I have the money in my paypal account already which I transfered from a bank account, but I do not have a credit card. Please tell me I don't need a credit card and I just can't find what I should be looking for

So, your previous host let you sign up without a domain? That's odd. Unless you are on a dedicated server, how does it know where to send the request when it's just an IP-less indent? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Right now I'm with free hosting that I got with my ISP so there's no domain. Before, I had no reason to have good hosting or a domain, but I've recently started a site and decided that its about time to upgrade. And thank you all for the warm welcome

So, I'm trying to sign up for web hosting, but at the moment, I'm without a domain. I don't have the money for a domain right now, but I still need hosting as I've ran out of room with my current host. Is there a way I can get around not having a domain for the time being?
