I have a starter plan and I've recently started doing a lot of work on it. Most of the time, things seems relatively fast, but I've noticed that it tends to be slow at later in the night. The other night I was downloading files through SmartFTP and according to SmartFTP, my download speed was 0.85Kb/Sec. Also, when I upload images through my personal site, it is very slow too. Is it normal for it to be slow at night? Has anyone else been experiencing this problem?
