fairdesigns

hi everyone, iam really new to this but since about 5 days i registered a domain name at totalchoicehosting which is www.fairdesigns.net at a starter plan but till now i cannot access the website, although i can access http://65.254.50.74/~fairdes/ what i want to know : am i missing some step or what???? coz the propagation as i read doesnet need more that 72 hours..........
