How do I FTP down the folders? I'm using Front Page but when I try to "save as" to a file on my cpu, it says that I don't have enough memory but I have over half a gig of ram and over 60 gig on the HD. What do I need to use to ftp down the folders from Cox?

I have a website with Cox business hosting and want to transfer it to TCH. I purchased an account with TCH last night with the understanding that TCH would handle everything and now they tell me that they cannot transfer my website because it's not "cpanel" or whatever...that I have to do it myself. I'm NOT a website administrator, I can barely put gas in this thing and drive it and I'm sure no mechanic. What do I have to do to transfer my website from Cox to TCH? I cannot afford any 'hiccups' in the transfer. I rely on this website for my business and if my clients can't get to it then I go out of business. I need some help or will have to immediately cancel my account with TCH. Any help on transferring my website?
