I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this. I've been lookig around the forum for the right place, but didn't find any other forums but here... Since this is related to MT.
My site was suspended for MT exploit. I'm not sure what exactly that means. I was just updating the templates to my site. I was told to send a help ticket and so I did. But compared to my previous help tickets, I haven't received a reply in hours. Which is rather surprising for me. I mean, I get quick responses whenever I need help except for this one.
Anyway, how long will my account be suspended? I can't say I'm entirely at fault with the problem because I didn't know that MT can cause a server overload. I've been using MT for about 4 years already. This is the first time this has happened to me. I also want to know if my files are still safe? If I had lots of time, I would make back-ups like everyday.
I hope someone replies this time.
