Hi, I can't get into the helpdesk because it says "Sorry, login to the client area has failed as you have specified an invalid username." Anyway.. if someone at TCH can delete a directory within my site i would appreciate it.. The directory is forums.. its in the public_html directory as well as trash and it won't disappear.. so if someone can remove those i would appreciate it. Thanks!

Hey all, I am new here.. Signed up with totalchoice after all the good reviews on findmyhosting.com. How can I go about changing the main account name.. totalchoice chose blackho (insert joke here) as the name for the account. I would like it to be blackhood. Thanks!
