lol sorry to bother you again but every time i've tried to get into the help desk using my domain login and pw it hasn't let me, i don't know why?

okay i have two questions: #1: Why, when I try to contact someone from TCH do I never get a reply? When my bandwidth ran out I e-mailed them twice about buying more and no one mailed me back. And #2: I recently had problems with my domain and had to change my domain name. I registered the domain with godaddy.com and pointed the DNS to the servers in my welcome e-mail but do I need to change the domain that I said I was registering with when I registered for hosting?

Okay I don't understand this at all: my bandwidth ran out on the 17th of February and now as I'm waiting for my site to come up, it's not working. According to your support my domain name isn't registered, yet the money to pay for a domain from totalchoice is on a bank statement I have AND when I tried to re-register it told me my domain was already taken. What on earth is going on?
