I'm trying to create a webpage for my flower shop. My challenge: we are using a shop management program that can read order information from our webpage, but I need to have the order information put into an OTP file for my VOX agent to be able to "pick it up". I'm not a programmer and the company that wrote our software says that this is to technical for me to do. I'm looking for someone to help me with this step of my site creation. Where do I start?
