ranking

I wanted to know if my site error logs are accessable outside of the cpanel? I tried to locate them in my file hierarchy but was unable to locate any error logs. The reason I wanted the site error log is to add them as a link in an admin screen in my web application. This might be an easy question but I couldn't find any specific answers anywhere else. Thanks.
