  1. Nope, all of the settings are correct. I am thinking more and more it may be a problem with some setting on the server. In addition to this problem, now when I go to try and export my Invision skinset, I get this: Warning: mkdir(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/home/***path specifics removed by me***) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home3/***path specifics removed by me***/:/usr/local/sqmail/:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php:/tmp) in /home3/***path specifics removed by me***/sources/Admin/ad_stylesets.php on line 193 Are there some kind of new php restrictions in place at TCH all of a sudden or something? All of this used to work before with no problems. I sent a support ticket this AM about this but have not heard back yet... I'm not sure if it even went through...
  2. Nope, I've got plenty of disk space left... thanks for the suggestion, though.
  3. Hi, I hope this is the correct forum. I've had my Invision Board up and running with no problems for months now. It is set so that people can upload ther own avatars (in addition to simply linking the images). This has always worked with no problems. That is, until recently. For some unknown reason (as far as I can tell nothing has changed), I keep getting an error when trying to upload avatars: "The upload failed. Please contact a member of staff to help rectify the problem" The only thing I can imagine that would deny the upload is having the wrong permissions on the upload directory, but as far as I can tell there is nothing wrong there, it is 777 as it should be. Like I said, there was never a problem with this feature before, but now it is not working and I have no idea why. Any suggestions? Thank you.
  4. Hi, I recently sent an email to a friend. It came back to me saying that some "sorbs" thing has my server listed in a spam database as being infected with a virus. Is this even possible? My account is located somewhere on your TCH server. I don't even have access directly to the roots, do I? Is it possible I (or you TCH) could be infected? I had never even heard of this SORBS thing before... and this is the only time it's ever occured. Here is part of the email my friend got back when she inquired about the blocking of my emails (with specific IP's and addresses edited out): The cause of the email block is that the mail server #.#.#.#, from which your correspondent sends mail, is listed on one of the spam-blocking services that we use. As you can see on the Web page listed in the error message, this is because it has been reported as infected with a virus ("rootkit") and being used by spammers to send spam: http://www.dnsbl.sorbs.net/lookup.shtml?#.#.#.# He, or the person responsible for this mail server, is obliged to clean up and secure that mail server, to prevent it from being used to spread viruses or commit spamming crimes against other Internet sites. Once this is done, they can use the above listed Web page to have it removed from the spam blocking list. Is there something I need to do about this? Can anyone out there from TCH please advise? If you PM me I can give you the specifics of my account (which were edited out above). I just did not want to post that information on a public forum. Thanks.
