Just restating my understanding of what you said: Then login with username and password to view? After seeing that site looks good, then change DNS settings and that will allow the site to be generated over the next day or two? thanks for your help. suz

I feel pretty confident that I can upload my site to your servers, however i am unsure how to remove it from where it is. What are the steps I need to go through, and in what order to move my site from the old host to TCH? Will people get error messages while the process is underway and the site is removed and before it's fully up to TCH? thanks for your detailed answers. I couldn't find anything addressing this on your site. Suz

In considering you for my new host, i am unable to access the test drive for the CPanel. Have tried 5 times both with Safari and Netscape.....over 2 weeks or more.....site just stalls. How can i be assured that i will be able to actually use your service if i subscribe? thanks for replying asap. Suzanne
