  1. Bruce, Thanks for the reply. In one of my Webmail accounts I have over 26 folders, one for every letter in the alphabet, so would I have to move all the emails from each folder to the inbox, open them in Outlook and then move them back to the original folder to keep everything organized? Thanks, Lou
  2. It's cleanup time! I have been using TCH since 2004 and my account has become very messy w/ old folders, files and e-mails. My account was hacked into a while back and a lot of programs were uploaded and downloaded and TCH found them and suspended my account. I want to make sure I have deleted all the files but I'm not sure what files I need for my account and what ones are hacks? I have done a full backup to make sure I don't lose anything and I always do one right before I make any changes. How is the best way to archive all my emails and email accounts, so I can view them in the future if needed? I tried to read my email w/ Outlook and Outlook express but I could only see my inbox and not any of my subfolders. I still have a folder in my account called .neomail that has .db files in it but I'm not sure if I need them or if there is a way to still read them. What folders do I need to keep in my account, so my websites, subdomains and email accounts don't get deleted? Please help and I hope I have provided enough info and posted in the correct Forum. Thanks, Lou
