Thanks Dick, following the instructions on the link you gave brought my stats up-to-date. I assume that if my stats do not automatically update I should contact the help desk, or just live with manually updating

There have been no stats reported for my website since aug 13, 2004. Is there anything that I can do to reset this feature?
