Oops, it was a chmod permission error, not an .htaccess I was able to fix it by chmod-ing the file correctly. Thanks for the suggestion though!

I am trying to set up a CRON for a php script, but since the script is in a password protected directory I keep getting en error sent to my e-mail saying it doesn't have permission to run. What is the proper syntax to set up a CRON on this script? Thanks.
