My last hosting company never had a good customer service, and was a big hole in my pocket. With TCH I know I'm getting a great service for a great price. The only thing I have to say isn't that great about TCH is some of the reseller packages, I mean I almost have more space that the Simple Resellers with my silver package, and my bandwitch cleared it, the bandwidth for the resellers I think should be set higher, that's my opinion.
