How can I get my welcome emails sent to me again??

I am using the domain name.... evankrocker.ws/phpnuke

I have a question. I have installed PHP Nuke 6.8 from the Cpanel. I login and created the Super User. I logged out and now I can not log back in. I know that I am using the right password and everything. I did a 'Lost Password' and a generated password was mailed to me. I received the email and tried the generated password and it still does not work. Since I just installed it today and hadn't done any modifications, I went back into the Cpanel and deleted. I re-installed it and the same thing happened. This time, I created another Super User just in case. Both Super User accounts don't work. Any idea's?? Is there a problem with version 6.8??? One more thing, a confirmation email does get emailed to me but the confirmation code is blank.

Is there anyway I can block access to my site? I only need to block certain IP's...
