  1. No success...I have a fixed ip address at my work though. Should I reopen my ticket and send you that address so you can add it and I use that? Or I can have my mother in the US log on and sign up for me. She has all my credit card information and actually lives at the address on my account.
  2. OK, I will try. But it's dial-up so it isn't a fixed ip address.
  3. Well, actually I am returning to the US in a few months and I don't know whether I will keep my local account and I'm not sure if my card with it can be used online so I would rather stick with my US credit card. I have submitted a support ticket. I understand it is for my security but I have to admit I found it slightly insulting to get a message saying that my attempt IS fraudulent rather than something a little more polite and accurate like it was SUSPECTED to be fraudulent or even just a note saying it couldn't be processed instantly and that they would follow up on it. I hope this is resolved because I have liked what I have seen and heard about TCH. And no, I don't work in fonts, but I am planning on starting a website offering online courses in ancient Egyptian hieroglyphs, so I will be using fonts a lot.
  4. I just tried to sign up for TCH hosting. After going through all the procedures, I was finally told that my attempt to sign up was fraudulent. I am an American living overseas and I was trying to sign up using my own credit card from my US bank account. I have registered the fact that I am living overseas and the country in which I live with my bank so as to prevent such problems when attempting to make credit card purchases. However, it seems that TCH has automatically rejected my payment (I presume based on my ip address?). What can be done about this problem?
