I have the full :fail: no such address here It STILL isn't working and is making my client very aggrevated~!

I have this 'fail' set in my default email settings and mail is still coming through to email, mailbox, users, administrator, web and coming through when a specific user is checking her email. How can I remedy this situation?

What about Horde? Or is squirrel preferred, and why?

Is there a way to pick the mail client for them without them having to choose from the three (confusing) choices everytime they log into the webmail interface? In other words, can I disable two of the mail clients from my control panel for that account?
