Ok.... i have it sorted now... thanks for all the help, i am all up and running now and am happy at the good service

I have ftp into my accound and tried deleting the vti folders from the public_html directory but they wont go, i have checked the permissions and i think they are ok. How do you get rid of them?

Thanks a lot that has cleared it up for me Could you also tell me if all the files and folders in the public_html folder such as vti_pvt and vti_log are needed, or can i delete them Cheers

My nameserver host asks for the DNS information for directing my domain name and asks for these four options Primary nameserver address Primary nameserver IP Secondary nameserver address Secondary nameserver IP I know the nameserver addresses are NS1.TOTALCHOICEHOSTING.COM NS1.TOTALCHOICEHOSTING.COM but what are there respective ip adresses, it wont let me submit it without them. i tried using the ip address for the website twice, but it says they need to be individual ip's Any help appreciated Thanks
