flapper

i have tried using cute ftp but that dosnt get through the exact problem is when i try to access the ftp server i get the error msg i dont get as far as inputting my username and password any ideas

guys, apologies if i have come to the wrong place but im at my wits end with this now i am trying to upload to my ftp server i have an alcatel 530 router i have set the server address as 10.0.0.1 but i still get the following error please help. i have been told to set the nat address as the above and specify port 21 i tried this and that didnt work either Forbidden You don't have permission to access / on this server. Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
