Hi, Interested in getting a dedicated server but have some queries: * The default HD size is 60GB but extra HD is 80GB. Why is there a mismatch? * Any extra if I need server setup with software RAID1? * What's the difference between managed and unmanaged? * Can the cPanel be upgraded to the version which is 9.x? * Where can I find the SLA for hardware failure?
