How do I do that? All I did so far is change the pointers on my registrar (which is RegistryRocket). Also, my old webhost is due tomorrow, but I think I have a 5 day grace period of not paying. So hopefully I can get my site fully transferred before my grace period is up. - KIM

My old webhost uses cpanel, and I signed up this morning with TCH. I'm still working my way around the site, and I followed the instructions in the welcome e-mail. I went to my domain registrar, and updated my DNS pointers. But, was I supposed to fill out something before pointing them? I'm trying to transfer my old website over to TCH. I'm so lost. - KIM
