For the last several days, webmail has been glacially slow. Using Horde, from click to message is taking between 60 and 90 seconds. Other web-based activites are performing nominally. What's going on?

OK. I'll be perfectly honest. This question is for a site that is not currently hosted with TCH (but that will change!) However, the site offers similar capabilities and features, one of which is the lack of response to this question Anyway, I need to maintain a number of email forwarders. Doing so using the cpanel interface is rather tedious. I assume that there is a simple text file somewhere that stores this information. Is it possible to access/maintain this file directly?
