I'm planning to move the website & email accounts for my client's small company to a new provider... hoping it can be with you folks . But, answers to the following three questions are key:
1) When are TCH staff available to fulfill the order and possibly provide support on the weekend? More specifically, can a new account setup and domain transfer be accomplished early this Saturday morning?
2) The client wants absolute minimum downtime on their email service as we transfer from the old to the new hosting provider. What is an expected min/max of time for our website & email service to get back up after I start transferring our account to TCH, including DNS propagation?
3) Does TCH place a limit within its servers on the size of incoming and outgoing email attachments? If so, what size? Our current provider has an explicit 5MB limit on outgoing attachments, and sometimes graphic business documents will inevitably exceed that size. Working an FTP program is not an option for their non-techie staff.
