the info@battleworks. is just the account name from outlooks point of view... i made sure all the names are right. figured out what it was (more or less) it was something not quite right in my setting and outlook... now, to try and get my friends outlook client to cooperate

i've created two e-mail accounts on my site info@battleworksstudios.com and webmaster@battleworksstudios.com here is the problem... recieveing e-mail to both accounts is fine sending e-mail from the webmaster account works sending e-mail from info results in: "A message in your Outbox could not be sent using account "info@battleworks." The server did not recognize the recipients or the server refuses to allow you to send mail." with a discription of: "alb-24-195-229-4.nycap.rr.com ([192.168.0.4]) [24.195.229.4] is currently not permitted to relay through this server. Perhaps you have not logged into the pop/imap server in the last 30 minutes or do not have SMTP Authentication turned on in your email" i don't understand is there a minimum for the login name? any suggestions?
