Nevermind, it's been fixed Sorry for the double post, it wouldn't let me edit for some reason

I've got several 4-images set up and have had them working in the past but tonight I'm getting some rather funky errors. It seens that all of the folders are gone & the errors end with "Got error 28 from table handler". From what I've been able to find it means that I'm out of room on my disk but I should have enough unless it's a problem with the server itself. Anyone have any suggestions? (and if I've managed to post this in the wrong place please accept my apologies & jab me with a large stick)

Nope...that didn't work either. Perhaps I'm making the file wrong? This time I did it in notebook & named it .htaccess which then turned to .htaccess.txt so I uploaded that & with my ftp program renamed it .htaccess

I've got to be doing something wrong. Can I blame in on my lack of HTML skills & the cold meds I've been taking? The 500 error is gone now but I can hotlink to the images in that subdomain. Here's the code as I have it written: I created the .htaccess file by writing it in an HTML editor program I have & saving it as ".htaccess". When it uploaded it now reads as .htaccess If I click for information on the files type it tells me it's a Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong? btw- Thank you so much for your help so far, you guy's really are great

Thank you Bruce. I have loved TCH in the almost year that I've been here & often stalk the forum for random bits of information Ok, now I'm getting an "500 Internal Server Error" when I try to access that subdomain. Did I set up the .htaccess file incorrectly?

I have half a dozen or more subdomains but I only have one that I would like to set up Hotlink Protection. I tried to find a tutorial on how, but have not been able to find one as of yet so I'm giving up & asking for help If I'm just being daft & overlooking it I apologize & would appreciate a point in the right direction (I'm not even really sure I've posted this in the right place! ) Thanks!

Hi! I've been wandering for what seems like YEARS (ok, actually only day's) looking for a new web host and I stumbled over TCH and it looks as if it rocks socks. I do have a few questions though. 1) I've never used FTP, dunno why for sure...scared? Anyway- Is FTP the only way that I can upload my site? With my other host I've been able to write my html online & save it and look right away to make sure I've not managed to screw anything up....is that possible here? 2) Do you offer Fantastico? I'm lazy and a dork, I'm happy to admit that, but I need to set up several 4Images arena's and possibly a forum much like this one and have never had any luck doing it any other way... 3) I'm not sure if I totally understand the upgrade policy. If I buy a plan and pay for a year then if I need to upgrade in 6 months I can but I'll be billed for a whole year again under the new plan with no credit against the old? btw- just for random- I love that you have cpanel! Cpanel & I have an agreement- I feed it cookies & it won't bite my fingers.
