Nice website, very cool that you have a forum, and the pics of you guys in suits are cute :-).
I'm looking for a host for a 150 simultaneous user vBulletin forum. This forum will be running Vbulletin 3.0 gold + PhotoPost 4.7.
I'm looking for a host that
1) Is already managing servers that run several large (~100 simultaneous users) vBulletin forums that are showing good response times. This tells me that you have been through the learning curve of what that involves.
2) Provides a report for me to track server response times over time. Members saying "the forum seems slow" will make my head explode if I have nothing to baseline the complaint against.
I'd really prefer a managed server environment for everything besides the Vbulletin and Photopost. I've done those installs / configs and understand them.
3 questions for you:
1) What would be the best package of yours given those needs? How much of the vbulletin environment needed (Apache, mySQL, php) could be ready at time=0?
1a) any good server sales that I should be aware of ??? (that thread looked really interesting!)
2) What other > 100 simultaneous user Vbulletin forums are you running?
3) What type of historical reports do you provide to let me see how response time varies?
