Heya! I recently signed up with TCH and so far I have no complaints with setting up my website, smoothest transition I ever experienced
I do, however, have a problem:
I have set my nameservers to point to the entries that were sent in the welcome message. But my domain (www.phantomknight.com) is not found. At first I thought this was an error on the side of my registar but we have since resolved any possible issues on that side (or so I am lead to believe) It has been about 2 weeks and still the domain does not seem to exist
If I try to execute a "whois" from whois.net, it shows my domain as being unavailable but it will not pull up a report on it, I constantly get errors.
If I do a "DNS Lookup" from my Cpanel it shows phantomknight.com as having the ip address that TCH assigned it. Although I receive this message under "Zone Info":
Host phantomknight.com not found: 9(NOTAUTH)
; Transfer failed.
Hope I explained all this clear enough
Any ideas?
