Could someone please help me with a couple of questions that I have about XP Pro home networking. Is there any valid reason why a PC should take about 5 minutes to show itself in Explorer on the other networked PCs under "Microsoft Windows Network/Mshome" after that PC is switched on? Why does Windows create shortcuts to network folders under "Entire Network" when I haven't asked it to? What prompts the creation of these folders? Any help would be appreciated.
