Thanks for you reply. At this moment, in cpanel, under parked domains, I see 3 additional domain names pointing to my existing hosting account. Is that the change that you mean in httpd.conf? To be sure we are talking about the same thing. for me a parked domain: -allow users to also reach my website when entering the "parked" or "pointed" domain into their browsers -will make it possible for me to have more than just one domain name for my website I'm correct? Hello I'm trying to get my site working with parked domain names which do NOT use the DNS servers of TCH, but the one from namecheap.com instead. When I type www.o55.net, which is one of my parked domains, I always get "There is no website configured at this address" (a message generated by TCH) At namecheap, I only configured a A record with IP 69.93.215.165, which is the IP of the server where www.topdate.be is hosted at TCH. Because this was not working, I created a ticket for this and Aromal kindly told me that change occurs only at the nameserver and the zones will be loaded only after it expires at the nameservers in the internet network. BUT if I replace the IP with the one of my home computer, it works without problem. I can type https://wm.o55.net and I get the webmail from my computer! (Here, ik take wm as host and not www) So I guess, but I'm not sure, that what Aromal told is not totally correct for my situation. My conclusion, is that I think there should be something else to configure, either at TCH or either at namecheap. Can be something with host name resolving, reverse lookup, ... I don't know. Please note I only can set A, CNAME and MX record. Thanks you very much for helping me out. Fabian

I would like to go into a detail for a few points. 2) Spamassassin (which is a bayesian filter) is available. --> I can learn spamassasin what is SPAM and what isn't? --> When does spamassasin work? When using webmail, or just when email arrives at webserver? 3) No php pdf libraries are installed. --> Can these be installed on request? 5) I'll have to check on nph scripts. It may depend on what you intend to do with them. --> It would be useful for me because unbuffered output to browser, date and status codes can be changed. I'm working on some projects which need nph. 8) There is no WAP support installed that I'm aware of, but in theory you could install your own. --> I mean, can I create wml pages, just upload them to your server, and when browse with my mobile, will it work? example: i have a directory called /WAP with only one file inside, called index.wml Thanks JohnQM

Hello I'm interested in TCH, but I have some technical question. 1) I have some domains which all point to the DNS servers of zoneedit.com. This way I have control over: - A, CNAME, MX records - and I can dynamically update some A records so home.**** points to my own computer instead of TCH - failover (is TCH is down, zoneedit forward the user to another URL) So, I don't want to use the DNS servers of TCH for the moment. Should my A records (for example domain.com, www.domain.com) point to your DNS server or what else should it point to so I can use TCH? Or how should it be solved? Later on, I will create a MX record which points to your mail server. 2) Is there any bayesian SPAM filter of something similiar available? 3) is there a php pdf library installed? if yes, which one? 4) can I remote access my MYSQL database with a windows tool connecting to port 3306? This is the only way I want to manage databases. 5) do you support "nph-" perl scripts 6) Can i create cron jobs which runs perls, php scripts? 7) are there some feautures which are locked out of .htaccess? 8) do you support WAP? I want to connect my mobile phone so I can check email with an IMAP or POP3 interface. Thanks Genius
