HI, I'm posting on this forum because I currently cannot access the support ticket page. I cannot access my email (Via OE6), open my CPanel or, as mentioned above, open the support ticket page. I have only been with TCH for 5 days and this is the second time it's happened. Previous support ticket: FZP-20525 I cannot access the site via FTP either. I can access my website as normal. I have other websites on other hosts and I have no access problems with them. No changes have been made to my PC. I have restarted my PC just in case, but that has made no difference. I will be home for 30 niutes then I am going out but will be back in 4 hours. Please help. EDIT/ One of my forums is also giving me trouble. It's really slow. The other is lightning fast. Thanks for your reply. My current forum is running 2.0.6 and I looked on you site for information about which version you guys are running, but couldn't find it. So, which version are you guys running? If it's not 2.0.6, will it cause a problem? TIA
