  1. I think I found the evil reason for the whole problem. Turns out that somehow a Flash Animation file (.swf) was on one of the sub-accounts. I checked the Files that were hit and it showed it had 5610 hits and used up 8.02 gig. We removed the file and folder it was in and will see what happens tomorrow. Wish me luck!!
  2. That's how I managed to catch a virus, though my Domain emails. Since then I've cleaned out the system, running the anti-virus daily if need be. But I still get at least 6 or more emails at a time that are either "from" my domain (Spoofed email) or going to some account that doesn't exist on the domain. Downright Annoying !! Anywhos.. Welcome to the family!
  3. Kewl, thanks. I'll do that once I get home from work. I've already warned most everyone that if the bandwidth and hits increase again once the new cycle begins that I will be locking the site down untill I get it figured out.
  4. I just finished deleting them completly from the site. The only thing I have left is stories, pics & a couple of message boards. Though it is strange that when the bandwidth hit max, suddenly I had more space on the site. It went from about 230 megs then to over 450 megs now.... but that's probably just what I deleted from off the severs... *Puzzeled* I don't think they were THAT big though....
  5. Probably going to have to see if one of them can help cause half the stuff I'm looking at doesn't mesh with the AWSTAT reports I'm reading. Most of the Big hits came pre-Jan25th and hardly anything after that
  6. I've checked my cpanel several times over. Bandwith is all being reported as HTTP traffic off the main site. I've checked all the sub-accounts on the site just to be sure and none of them are using anymore then normal. It's all coming from the main site itself. As of this moment I've official 'Busted' my limit and my site is I've still got 3 days left before I hit the new cycle. What do I do if it keeps up?? I can't afford to upgrade to the next plan nor can I afford to keep purchasing extra bandwith.
  7. Not sure if this is the correct place to put this soo.... Since Jan 25th my Bandwith has litterly hit Max and above. Nothing has changed, everything is the same as it was prior to this happing. I've checked all the settings and nothing is different. I even removed from the server some possibilities that could be causing it, yet my bandwith has kept increasing to the point that I just went over the limit. I ran my anti-virus scan and got rid of the W32.Novarg.A@mm email virus, (I hope), Could that have something to do with it? I'm even installing Firewall to see if it's an outside hacker. Is there any way to pin-point Excactly what is hogging it other then just "Traffic"? Heellpp!!
