Why when I think that I uploaded to the right public_html folder, I still get a bum site.... What file does the site look for???

That supports frontpage extentions right? Why do I get a message when uploading that my server does not support it???

Can a caht room be hosted with my webhosting account? and if so, what are some great programs to use?
