TCH: I'm a newbie to your hosting service but have used others so I'm at least reasonably familiar with procedures, etc. Anyway, my problem is an inability to login to a webmail subaccount. I can login to the master admin account but not any others I create. (I prefer Squirrel BTW)
I've searched the forums for any answers to no avail so that's why I'm here posting.
The site is kilobravo.com and the subaccount I created was for username "kb" of all things. I have created and deleted that same account multiple times and I know I have the pw correct but I keep getting access denied when attempting to login. The cPanel screen shows the login as username+domainname and I've tried it with the plus symbol the @ symbol and all the combinations I can think of. Nothing works so any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated. TIA...
