Lisa & Bruce, What I was referring to is exactly what Bruce attached as a thumb nail in his post. The two banners at the center of the page underneath the page links. One is a black film strip and the other is multi blue with One Model Place in the banner. Thanks Bruce for verifying that they are there. I do have Norton Internet Security on my computer and have disabled that thinking that might be part of the problem in viewing the banners on the site, but it still doesn't appear on Internet Explorer. I used another computer and connected to the internet on Mozilla Firefox and the banners weren't on the page then either. I've probably provided more information that what you were looking for. It's obvious when I view the source that the image information isn't there, but I don't kow how to fix that so the banners will appear on the site when viewing on the internet. I've done some extensive searching on the family forum and on Microsoft Support on this issue and haven't been able to come up with any solutions. I've copied banner html codes per the instructions from pages I want to link to and pasted them into the html page of my website in Microsoft Front Page. When I preview the page in Front Page, the banner appears and the hyperlink to the site works. However, when I publish the page to the web, the banners disappear. I've uninstalled and reinstalled front page extensions from the cpanel and published the website to the net again. None of these actions have resolved my problem. I have only one active e-mail account with my domain. Today I received an e-mail to my registered e-mail address from my domain with a user name that is not the registered e-mail address on the domain. Fortunately Norton Anti-Virus deleted the attachment to the message and no harm was done to my computer. How can I prevent others from attaching a name with my web site domain name so that this doesn't happen again? Mad!!! Thanks! Erika

Today I have recieved 5 new e-mails with viruses attached generated from my address link on my website (two of which were return mails from a mailer-Daemon that I did not originate a message). If you would like specific information related to the e-mails and the attachment names, please let me know as I saved this information. Thank God for Norton! Thumbs Up Erika

Thank you for your replies and welcoming me to your FAMILY :hug: This is the first time this has happened to me and when I looked through other forum messages, I couldn't find any information about what to do to report a problem (or if I even had to report it). In the past, the SPAM eliminator has been very effective for notifying me of possible SPAM messages, but this is the first virus e-mail I have received. Something to be aware of though, the subject was TEST with an attachment file.htm which was supposedly a screen saver file. I must be more careful in the future before I open attachments. That is a valuable lesson learned. I don't have a form on the website, just a hyperlink with my e-mail address. Should this happen again in the future, I'll be sure to get more information before I delete the message. Hopefully this won't be a continuing problem. The forums have been a very valuable tool for me to find information and help me gain knowledge since I'm a newbie to website creation and design. I'm in the process of building another website for our family recreational cabin and will be signing another site on with TCH. Thanks again for all you do for your FAMILY, I'm sure you sometimes may feel like you have a thankless job, but rest assured, all of us newbies appreciate everything you do for us. Erika

The most unfortunate thing just happened to me. I received an e-mail with an attachment that contained a virus. The e-mail was sent to me via my website link. Fortunately, Norton Anti-virus was able to quarantine the virus in time before anything malicious happened to my computer. Since I deleted the e-mail so quickly, I forgot to write the sender name down. My question for you is this, is there anything I need to report to TCH regarding this? Thanks for your help.
