Can anyone give me an estimate of how long it takes to get a domain name transfered? I've paid for this to happen and I think its been three weeks now, still nothing and still having to use the temp. domain name.

Will the temp. URL continue to exist once my own domain name is up and running? What I'm asking is.... can I use this temp. URL as a link to a message forum that uses my backgrounds and icons. At the moment they are being hosted by a free site that doesn't block them but is sooooooo slow and seems to be unavailable more times than its there.

I never realized that, thanks again BTW, on a slightly off topic question, I think my email address is in my meta tags, is this wise??

Now I've put my domain name transfer into action, should I wait till this is complete before ordering a hosting plan??

I did have hosting with Yahoo and they arranged the purchase of my domain name. This account is currently inactive and I want to move my web site and domain name over to you.
