Familymoss

Would appreciate your help. I have very simpe site but would now like to password protect certain areas. When I try to do this in FRontpage, I open the web and select a web or subweb folder and then try and set the security options. Unfortunately the menu option is greyed out so I cannot do this. No doubt I am doing something stupid but I really would appreciate some advice. Thanks
